Established in 1995 by Jean Claude Bonnetto, Peritest was able to rely on an existing sound business base and on a strong technical background gained mostly in the semiconductor industry.

With the market trend, Peritest strongly developed its sales and technical expertise to the existing and new customer base, by expanding the range of equipment offered in domains prior to the back-end test and assembly sectors.
Using this concept, Semiconducteur Systemes Europe (SSE) founded by Charles Clauss, well recognised distribution/representative company in the semiconductor industry, merged Peritest in 2003.
This acquisition as well as our 50 years cumulated experience in the industry is allowing Peritest to offer strong and professional sales and service expertise for the southern European market.
