Kinden Kulam

The Paul Raymaekers Foundation's Prize 2006 was awarded to Mr Kinden KULAM.

 

Kinden KULAM is a Papua New-Guinean village resident.
During the tribal wars in New Guinea, this man, spontaneously, played a role of social conciliator, saving many lives and bringing Peace

Concerned with harmonized development, he was a leader for the organization of the rural economy of his country.
This country was only discovered by the modern world in the years 1940.

Kinden KULAM is an example to follow in other areas of the world destructed by war, among others in Africa.

 

The amount of this yearly Prize is of 3000 Euros.
