The growth of the bernese mountain dog is going very fast. As you surely know, he is a large breed. The first months, it is recommanded him not to jump, not to slide on the floor and not to go upstairs. You have to keep an eye on him when he is playing with the other dogs. You have to pay attention to your puppy, because at that age he only wants to play.

His education is easy. But sometimes you have to be high-handed.

It is better if you can give him food in the morning and the evening, and he musn't run just after eating.
